The equilibrium in this film is where he returns home after defeating the fire monster, preventing Ragnarok; the time where he is fated to die.
The disruption is where he and Loki could not find his father, Odin and once they founded Odin, he disappeared, and Hela appeared.
The realisation of disruption is where Thor not only his hammer got destroyed by Hela, but also cannot return to Asgard and instead ended up somewhere else where he is the less superior character.
Once he gathered he persuaded the Valkyrie and got Hulk back into Bruce, the attempt to repair comes where he fights the villain, Hela.
After Asgard is destroyed and Hela is defeated, the people of Asgard has managed to evacuate to a spaceship, and the new equilibrium is where Asgard moves to earth.
