Client for: Lifelong Animal Protection (LAP)
Proposal: I will respond to the brief by taking at least 15 photographs of dogs and cats. I will make sure that the animals I take do not create a sad atmosphere for audiences seeing this image. I will also rebrand the Lifelong Animal Protection Charity, giving different ideas for the company to consider that will rebrand the company making their company better branded. I will use the photographs that I will have taken into a promotional material so that I can help the LAP promote their mission statement and animal welfare.
I don't think the current LAP logo looks appealing because the colour of the top that associates to a house look like the main attention as it is red, red usually be the first thing people would notice. Because the roof of the logo is red, it draws the attention of "LAP". I decided to rebrand the LAP logo so that they look better and more people around Hong Kong are aware of the LAP. Here are some ideas of rebranded logos for the LAP.

I decided to use Photoshop on those images to make the subject more stand out.
This document on the left is a research of other animal charities promotional material. Below is a pop-up banner I created for my client and below that is another promotional material for the LAP. The purpose of doing this is to show my client my skills as well as help the charity promote animal adoption. In addition, I have also created pre-production for this project to show my planning.
Here are some ideas of what type of merchandise the LAP could sell to promote animal welfare.
