Client for: Netflix and Orange Is The New Black
Proposal: I will respond to my brief by writing approximately 30-page script about the new season of “Orange Is The New Black”. I will help the company promote the new season of the show by creating several promotional materials for the client to choose from. I will also rebrand the TV show so that there is a freshness in the show and could potentially bring more viewers watching this show. When writing the script, I will have to be consistent with the tone of the character’s language. Therefore, I will have to do some research on the characters in the show so that I can have a better understanding of their tone and language.
I rebranded the show by creating a logo promoting the new season of the show "Orange is the new black". As mentioned in the brief, I can change the name of the show, I decided to change the name of the show to "Blue is the new orange" because in Season 6, most of the characters transfer to a new prison (From Litchfield Min to Max). Some of the characters that transferred were placed in the cell block C where they are dressed in blue which is why I wanted to change the name of the show to "Blue is the newer orange".
